Some comments from our visitors Hi Liz We had a lovely time in Colyton over Christmas. The cottages were lovely and we were very pleased with the thought that was put in to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and a festive xmas feel! There was always a friendly atmosphere which you don’t always find (especially when there are children). We were all made to feel very welcome, a definite home from home feel. Dear Liz and Gordon Since landing back in Canada with we have been longing for the traditions and hospitality that you so gracefully gave us. We look forward to a time when Canada can offer to you such wonderful experiences as you gave us. Sam has not let go of tennis, badminton, croquet or billiards. Many thanks once again. The children enjoyed such freedom and had a great time. We would love to return in the near future, but this time with another family. Do you have any dates when both the Dairy and the Granary are free together for a Thursday- Sunday break? If possible could you let us know as we would be really keen to book something soon. We all had a great relaxing time. The Dairy is a super little cottage - just what we needed with all the equipment needed when self catering, and everything was in such good condition. We hope we left everything to your satisfaction. You live in such a beautiful part of the world and I'm sure it looks even more stunning in the summer Thanks again and hope to see you soon. Will Hello Liz & Gordon, Thank you for a lovely holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (yes - and even the walking!) We are back to cramped conditions here now - only a kingsize bed! I have copied quite a few photos onto a c.d, of the carnival floats for you to view, and will put it in the post tomorrow, loose the disc when you have had a look, unless there is anything worth keeping. There is a good one of one of the footballers as Superman, and a few good ones of the last massive float. If I send you our emptied memory card - would it be possible for you to copy a few of your photos of the farm? - we didn't take any around the grounds, and only one by the river. The cottage was lovely. The fact that it was a ten minute walk to where the rest of our family were staying was a bonus.
