Hello, Sidney the sheep here. Just thought I’d let you know what a wonderful morning it is. A little cold on the toes when I was let out this morning – frost I think the humans call it – but what views! Even a sheep appreciates a bit of sunshine on his back.
I thought I’d introduce you to my other field mates. There’s Deacon, Cynthia’s horse who’s has very big feet and is extremely tall. He doesn’t like sharing his food, and because of his size I don’t argue.

Shadow, however is a pushover. Lets me eat out of his bowl and even used to tolerate me standing under his tail when I was young – I must say I had a bit of a crush on him at one time but I’m over that now.

My people tell me we’ve got visitors coming to the cabin today. What great weather they’re going to have this weekend. Just off to spruce myself up for the guests. Must make a good impression!
